Job Description:

In dieser Position verantworten Sie die wirtschaftliche Steuerung und Überwachung der Baukosten von Immobilienprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Kalkulation von Einzelgewerken im Schlüsselfertigbau (z. B. Rohbau, Ausbau, TGA, Außenanlagen) für Logistik und Gewerbeparks

• Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen auf Basis von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Plänen und funktionalen Ausschreibungen

• Erarbeitung von Kostenbudgets und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen

• Prüfung und Bewertung von Nachunternehmerangeboten

• Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Angebotskalkulationen und Sondervorschlägen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Bauleitung und Vertrieb als zentrale Schnittstelle

• Mitwirkung bei Vergabegesprächen und Nachtragsbewertungen

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationskennzahlen und Datenbanken

• Erkennen und Bewerten von Kostenrisiken und Optimierungspotenzialen

• Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen für die jeweiligen Gewerke inkl. Massenermitllung

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Baubetrieb oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Bautechniker)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kalkulation im Hochbau, idealerweise im Schlüsselfertigbau

• Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB, relevanter Normen und Marktpreise

• Sicherer Umgang mit Kalkulationssoftware (z. B.ORCA, iTWO, RIB, Nevaris) sowie MS Excel

• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Hohes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

• Teamfähigkeit und Schnittstellenkompetenz

• Selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
