Job Description:

Der technische Procurement Manager ist für die strategische und operative Beschaffung von technischen Dienstleistungen, Bauleistungen und Materialien im Rahmen von Immobilienprojekten verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Leistungsbeschreibungen einschließlich der Mengenermittlung für verschiedene Gewerke wie Erdarbeiten, Rohbau, Betonfertigteile, Haustechnik, Malerarbeiten, Trockenbau, WDVS, Bodenbelagsarbeiten, Verputzarbeiten usw. in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen aus dem kaufmännischen Projekt-Einkauf und der Planung

• Unterstützung bei der strategischen Ausrichtung der Beschaffungsabteilung

• Mitwirkung bei Vergabeverhandlungen

• Mitwirkung bei der Kalkulation von Logistik- und Gewerbegebieten

• Unterstützung des Projekt- und Bauleitungsteams bei der Planung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen

• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Leitlinien und den CTP-Standards (SLB-FLB)

• Erstellung und Pflege einer Preisdatenbank/eines Benchmark für die jeweiligen Gewerke

• Erstellung und Pflege einer Übersicht über die Quadratmeterpreise für die jeweiligen Gewerke

• Angebotsprüfung der A-Gewerke auf Quadratmeterbasis

• Ergänzende Prüfung der jeweiligen Gewerke und Erstellung der gewerkspezifischen Vertragsentwürfe

• Mitwirkung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter
