Title: Sub-Rental Coordinator
Salary Range: $25-$29 per hour
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the sub-renting all A/V equipment.
- Communicates with the salesperson of proposed sub-rentals; then negotiates with vendors for the best price and the best usage dates on all sub-rentals.
- Maintains the sub-rental vendor database with contacts, current address, insurance certificates, products available and quality of the vendor's equipment.
- Reviews and ensures that all incoming and outgoing sub-rented equipment is received as ordered and accurately returned.
- Strictly follows established processes in order to ensure accuracy in all equipment check-ins, damaged/missing equipment, and order extensions.
- Coordinates the pick-up and return of sub-rented assets.
Required Education and Experience
- Must have AV background and solid knowledge of AV equipment.
- Must have effective communication skills and proven customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Excellent interpersonal and team player skills.
- Ability to communicate with equipment vendors and all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Requires a committed team player willing to go the extra mile.
- Clean driving record and current California Driver license.
- Must be reliable.
- Must have a sense of urgency to get things done.
