Visited by some of the world’s leading athletes, artists, and tastemakers, Culture Kings remains ahead of the curve, offering a bold and elevated perspective on the ever-evolving global streetwear landscape.

The Co-Store Manager is a senior leadership role that shares full accountability with the Retail Store Manager for the performance and day-to-day operations of the Culture Kings store. Working as an equal leadership partner, this position co-leads the store team, owns key areas of the business, drives sales and commercial results, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and ensures the store's overall success. The Co-Store Manager aligns closely with the Store Manager on strategy and decision-making, providing consistent leadership across all trading hours, and plays a pivotal part in upholding Culture Kings' brand standards, company values and operational excellence.

    Key Strategic Objectives

    •        Operations & Compliance: share accountability for all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control and visual merchandising; ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.
    •        Rostering & Workforce Planning: prepare and approve rosters aligned to budgeted hours and trade patterns; manage labour productivity and drive cost control initiatives to deliver payroll targets.
    •        Shared Store Leadership: partner with the Store Manager to set store priorities and make key business decisions, ensuring aligned communication to the team and full leadership coverage across all shifts, including sole accountability for the store when the Store Manager is not on site.

    Key Performance Indicators

    •       Sales Target Achievement: the store must do everything possible to achieve the sales target.
    •        Sales performance: achieve an Average Order Value (AOV) of USD $150, Units Per Transaction (UPT) of 2.5 and conversion rate of 20%. Needs confirming against US targets.
    •        Payroll: store payroll expenses must be under 10.9% of total sales.
    •        Inventory Management: the store must achieve 100% completion of cycle counting for its inventory.
    •        Compliance and Operational Standards: ensure 100% compliance with company policies, safety regulations and operational standards.
