Job Summary:

Ensures products received or produced meet technical specifications. Works under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assists with verification of the final quality of products on the production line. Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Separates products that do not have the desired technical specification, using basic measurement techniques and equipment. Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems. Follows the norms and standards of quality defined by the company.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Minimal or no work experience required.

Qualifications

Asegurar la liberación del producto y/o detener la continuidad de producción fuera del plan de control
Implementar y dar seguimiento a las contenciones requeridas  ante un problema de calidad y generar alerta de calidad ademas de difundirla.
Verificar que  la información técnica este actualizada para cumplir con el sistema de calidad
Mantener información actualizada del material no conforme y asegurar la no utilización
Cumplir con los reglamentos de seguridad, medio ambiente y procesos de mejora.

Conocimiento en interpretacion de planos GD&T.

Uso de equipos de medicion (Brazo de medicion (Faro/Hexagon).
