📍 Location: Wiscasset, ME (On-Site)🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM💰 Pay: $20–$24 per hour📄 Position Type: Full-Time

Cunningham Security is an established provider of customized commercial and residential security solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers, service technicians, and production department to coordinate appointments, organize daily service needs, and create a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate service technician appointments, helping customers receive timely support.
• Use geographic maps and scheduling technology to plan efficient technician routes.
• Review the daily service ticket queue, prioritize requests, and escalate issues when needed.
• Contact customers to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Work closely with the production department to keep schedules organized and service moving smoothly.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance and help customers navigate questions or concerns.

What You’ll Bring

• Customer service experience; experience assisting customers by phone is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust as scheduling needs change.
• A positive, solution-focused approach to customer interactions.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment
