Water Mitigation Estimator

CWF Restoration is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mitigation Estimator to join our growing team.

CWF Restoration is a family-owned restoration company serving the Chicagoland market. This role is primarily focused on desk estimating, with occasional field estimating during high-volume periods or storm events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate water mitigation estimates and invoices using Xactimate
• Review job notes, photos, 3D scans, and documentation to build accurate scopes
• Complete estimate revisions and supplements
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters
• Assist customers with estimate-related questions
• Coordinate with project managers, dispatch, and accounts receivable
• Perform occasional field inspections and estimates as needed

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Xactimate
• Restoration or estimating experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications are a plus
