As a Machine Adjuster, you aren’t just running equipment — you’re becoming a technical expert on the machines that power our operation. Every shift brings new challenges, hands-on problem solving, and opportunities to master complex, high-speed production systems.
· Set up, fine-tune, and operate precision production machinery that creates millions of high-quality printed products.
· Use digital controls and mechanical adjustments to dial in speed, alignment, ink flow, and registration for each job.
· Troubleshoot issues on the fly to keep production running at peak performance.
· Install plates, rollers, and other components to prepare equipment for new production runs.
· Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs that keep machines running smoothly.
· Load paper, ink, and materials, ensuring everything is prepped for a flawless run.
· Inspect printed materials for clarity, coverage, and alignment — your eye for quality directly impacts customer satisfaction.
· Confirm that inks, paper, and all materials meet exact specifications.
· Monitor equipment throughout each shift and record production data using computer systems.
· Partner with supervisors and team members to keep production smooth and efficient.
· Share ideas that help us continuously improve quality, safety, and throughput.
· Become a trusted resource as your mechanical and operational expertise grows.
This role is perfect for people who love hands-on work, solving problems, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment.
We welcome candidates with transferable mechanical or technical skills — printing experience is a plus but not required. (We will train you.)
You’re a great fit if you have:
· Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, automotive or equipment repair, facilities maintenance, or other mechanical trades
· Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity for how machines work
· Basic math skills (fractions, measurements, etc.)
· Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
· Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
· Comfort working in tight areas or performing precise manual tasks
· A commitment to quality and problem-solving under pressure
