As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assure timely and accurate invoicing;
- Be the main contact for AR related matters;
- Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly;
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and escalate as appropriate;
- Documenting and updating work procedures;
- Maintain customer files;
- Assist with month-end closing and monthly AR reports, reconciliations;
Skills and Capabilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Desire to learn, grow and be a great team player;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Essential Skills
- Ability to accurately process numerical data;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Fluency in English;
