We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to support the finance operations of an Australian client. The role involves processing claims, reconciling payroll and third-party records, preparing timesheets, raising invoices, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain new job records in SAP and client's internal project management system.
- Prepare timesheets and claim files across multiple client accounts.
- Reconcile claims against payroll and third-party records, investigating any discrepancies.
- Submit completed claims and raise accurate invoices through SAP.
- Prepare CTR documentation and provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant accounts or finance administration experience, preferably within an operations environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience using SAP and Power BI is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City, Monday to Friday, morning shift.
