Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst, internally known as Application Support Engineer to provide Level 2 support for enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate will investigate and resolve application, integration, and data-related issues; manage user access and system configurations; and support releases, testing, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong ownership of assigned tickets and confident communication with Australian stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for application incidents and service requests escalated by the Service Desk.
- Investigate and resolve issues across application, integration, and data layers.
- Manage assigned tickets through to resolution within agreed service levels.
- Configure applications and maintain workflows, master data, reference data, and standard reports.
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions following approved security procedures.
- Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes and user-access reviews.
- Monitor APIs, system interfaces, batch processes, scheduled jobs, and file transfers.
- Use SQL to investigate data issues, validate information, and perform controlled data corrections.
- Support application patches, upgrades, releases, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge-base articles.
- Contribute to root-cause analysis, automation, security remediation, and process improvements.
- Communicate ticket progress, risks, and technical issues clearly to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 3 years of application support experience in a medium to large organisation.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, including configuration, workflows, master data, reporting, user access, and permissions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, integration, and data layers, with practical SQL knowledge.
- Experience supporting APIs, interfaces, batch processes, scheduled jobs, file transfers, patches, upgrades, releases, and testing.
- Familiarity with ITSM incident, request, problem, and change-management processes; ITIL certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience with ERP, finance, project controls, maintenance, HR, or payroll applications is advantageous.
- Exposure to Power BI, SSRS, Microsoft SQL Server, or Azure technologies is desirable.
- Strong English communication, ownership, and ability to work with Australian stakeholders.
- Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, morning shift).
