Our team builds the AI chatbots that now handle around 70% of incoming customer queries — for NordVPN, Surfshark, Saily and other Tesonet products. Millions of conversations, and we're now taking those bots to clients outside Tesonet.
You'd be the first designer on this product, and you'd own it - UX and UI, end to end, with the weight on UX. Right now our engineers design as they build. That ships features, but it doesn't make a coherent product — and the product is growing faster than that approach can hold. You'd define the system, the patterns and the direction, and you'd be the one deciding what good looks like.
What Makes You a Strong Match:
Experience designing complex, data-dense B2B interfaces - admin panels, dashboards, configuration systems or internal tools.
A strong ownership mindset - you find the problem yourself rather than waiting to be told what to design.
Comfort with information architecture and workflow design, not just screens.
Ability to build and document a design system from the ground up.
Proficiency in Figma, and the ability to produce both lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes and argue for them clearly.
Experience working directly with engineers through implementation, not handing off and walking away.
Strong problem-solving and data-backed decision-making.
AI tools in your daily workflow, and a view on where they help and where they don't.
Evidence of shipping product design solutions.
Fluency in English language.
What You’ll Do and Learn:
Design features for our bot management systems, as well as the flows through which customers reach help.
Own design and UX decisions end to end - you set the direction, and you're accountable for it.
Uncover user experience issues and validate solutions by carrying out user interviews with the teams who work in our tools every day.
Cooperate with Product Owners, Engineers and the rest of the team.
Elevate the team across all product life-cycle stages by providing user-centric insights, mapping out flows, framing problems and designing interactions.
Make clear and intuitive prototypes out of broad and complex ideas.
Build the design foundations - components, patterns and the shared language that doesn't exist yet.
Iterate on design solutions based on user testing, business and technical considerations.

Compensation:
Gross salary - 3100-6000 EUR/month.
