The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Officer – Centralized Procurement to be part of our Parts & Accessories team. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.

Job Scope:

• Support the sourcing of new products and services to meet business needs, with a focus on enhancing productivity and cost efficiency.
• Assist in conducting tender exercises, including data consolidation and preparation of comparison analyses for stakeholder evaluation.
• Participate in price and contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and value.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including periodic performance evaluations to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Foster strong working relationships and provide procurement support and guidance to internal stakeholders; respond effectively to urgent or ad-hoc requests.
• Handle end-to-end procurement administration processes, including securing necessary internal and external approvals.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience.
• Added advantage with knowledge in automotive accessories market.
• Proficient in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Meticulous with numbers and details oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understands and strikes a balance between being an individual and a team member.
• Enjoys learning and working in a high-energy and performance driven environment.
• Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and confidentiality.
