Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the business development topics
- Conduct comprehensive market research on the applications, requirements, geographical locations, key market participants
- Support business cases analyses, quantifying operational workflows through field research, expert interviews, customer discovery, and industry reports
- Building market sizing analyses including Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM)
- Support the preparation of strategic recommendations for market entry
- Support sales process development
- Support the development and execution of marketing activities that strengthen our market presence and support commercial growth
- Development of the categories (personas) and target group definitions for sales and business development campaigns
- Support the creation of marketing content, compelling storytelling, website and social media, presentation materials, etc.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business administration, Economics, Aerospace Engineering or Innovation Management
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Interest in aviation, Advanced Air Mobility (AAM), or emerging aerospace technologies
- Ability to independently conduct market and competitor research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment

- Internship for 4 to 6 months (flexible), 30 to 40 hours per week (part time or full time)
