    Position: Training Administrator

    Department: Innovation / Education and Training department

    Terms of Employment: An initial one-year employment contract will be offered with the possibility for renewal depending on performance and operational needs.

    Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

    Preferred Start Date: September or as soon thereafter.

    Salary Range: €17,000 – €22,000. The salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.

    About the Position 

    CYENS Centre of Excellence is seeking a Training Administrator to support the administrative delivery of training programmes. 

    The job holder will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to HRDA-approved training programmes, as well as providing broader administrative support for all CYENS education and training activities. The role is highly structured, process-driven, and compliance-focused, involving significant documentation and coordination.

    Responsibilities of Training Administrator: 

    1. Manage all administrative procedures related to HRDA-approved training programmes
    2. Prepare, submit, and maintain HRDA documentation before, during, and after training delivery
    3. Coordinate participant registrations, attendance records, and training files
    4. Coordinate the dissemination and promotion of training programmes, ensuring materials are effectively communicated to target audiences to maximise participation and reach
    5. Ensure compliance with HRDA requirements, procedures, and deadlines
    6. Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters
    7. Maintain accurate and well-organised training records
    8. Provide administrative support for all education and training-related activities, beyond HRDA-approved programmes, as required

    General qualifications and requirements

    General qualifications and requirements
    1. University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or Degree of a level equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) or Diploma or Certificate or other study title or qualifications in relevant field.
    2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in training administration; experience with HRDA procedures will be considered an advantage
    3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
    4. Good organisational and time-management skills
    5. Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email)
    6. Language requirements: Excellent written and oral English and Greek language skills are essential
