Cygnet Churchill, in south London, is an inpatient mental health hospital for men.

We are looking Bank Administrators who are looking for flexibility and can work ad-hoc shifts on a casual basis as and when required to provide cover for annual leave, sickness, training, etc.

You will be working in a hospital setting and provide comprehensive administration support to help to ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care.

Candidates will need to have strong clerical skills and be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites including Word, Excel and outlook

You’re day-to-day...

• Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
• Prepare reports & other written materials to a high standard
• Keep files & records as required
• Work co-operatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
• Occasional minute taking at meetings & taking notes for meetings as & when required
• Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner.
You are...

• An administrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health
• Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions
• Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative
• A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & the internet.
