Cygnet Healthcare is looking for Bank Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our team working at Oakwood Gardens.
You’ll be contracted 0 hours per week (Nights from 07:45 pm till 08:00 am, Days from 7:45am - 8:00pm), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Oakwood Gardens.
Oakwood Gardens has 9 self-contained bungalows supporting adults over the age of 18 with learning difficulties & autism, located in WV5 0BR, Wombourne.
Supported Living in Wombourne provides nine tenancies. The service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently. The service offers personalised and tailored support in a private space, allowing the people we support to hold their own tenancy with a registered housing association.
