We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team at Cygnet Hospital Beckton.
You will be expected to work full-time, working 38.5 hours a week, working days and nights on a rota basis. (shift times 7:30am to 8:00pm; 7:30pm to 8:00am).
The post offers successful candidates a unique opportunity to develop their skills across specialities, such as DBT, and knowledge from other specialist pathways all under one roof.
Upping Ward is our 15-bed Intensive Support Service for women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and complex mental health needs. The service pathway provides a robust programme of care for women with challenging high-risk behaviour who experience difficulties with engagement with therapeutic programmes. We aim to meet the needs of these women, who may have had previous inappropriate placements, in a less restrictive setting.
Hooper Ward is our 13-bed mental health acute service for women, based at Cygnet Hospital Beckton in East London. The ward provides assessment and treatment for women experiencing a mental health crisis who require an emergency admission.
Svanna Ward is our 12-bed Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) for women, based at Cygnet Hospital Beckton in East London. The ward provides assessment and treatment for women experiencing a mental health crisis who require an emergency admission.
