We look for engineers with <strong>deep strength in mechanical simulations and analysis</strong>, supported by enough cross-domain understanding to design <strong>complete, repeatable, and evolving physical systems</strong>, from <strong>robotic arms, grippers, and motion setups</strong> to <strong>vision, sensor, calibration, and full product enclosures</strong>, all grounded in <strong>physical reality and manufacturing constraints</strong>.</p>
