    Plastic Engineering Specialist having strong knowledge in Plastics/Polymer in the areas of Raw material, Manufacturing, Latest trend and technology, Automotive Application and Recyclability
    Strong experience in Plastic part design and development, Cabin (Interior and Exterior) and Chassis mounted plastic parts design and development experience is required.

    Responsibilities

    Roles & Responsibility:

    • Developing and implementing ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with the organization's values and goals.
    • Conducting thorough ESG assessments and identifying key sustainability risks, opportunities, and performance indicators.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG practices across various business functions, including operations, supply chain, human resources, and finance.
    • Monitoring and reporting on ESG performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
    • Responsible for all plastic parts ESG evaluation in the vehicle
    • Engaging with stakeholders, such as investors, employees, customers, and communities, to communicate the organization's sustainability efforts and foster meaningful relationships.
    • Staying updated on emerging ESG trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

    Qualifications

    Technical Skills

    • Strong knowledge in Plastic Engineering, from Raw material, Manufacturing processes, Latest trend in Manufacturing technology, Post production techniques, Automotive application knowledge until recycling
    • Proficiency in conducting ESG assessments, analyzing data, and identifying material issues.
    • Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and experience in preparing sustainability reports.
    • Ability to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks tailored to the organization's objectives and industry.
    • Financial acumen to link sustainability initiatives to business value and articulate the financial implications of ESG practices.
    • Experience in conducting stakeholder engagement and managing relationships with investors, regulators, NGOs, and other key stakeholders.
    • Proficient in project management, data analysis, and utilizing ESG-related software tools.
    • Technical know-how of Cabin Interiors, Exteriors and Chassis parts with Plastic usage (Bus and Truck)
    • Experience with Product Development Life Cycle for automotive domain
    • Knowledge of Customer business, Operations, Applications and Customer Expectations 
    • Must be well versed in MS office tools

    Soft skills: 

    • Sound understanding of environmental, social and corporate governance aspects,
    • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and trends, as well as their networking,
    • Understanding of sustainability reporting and regulatory requirements,
    • Competence in the planning, implementation and monitoring of sustainability projects,
    • Knowledge of current ESG laws and guidelines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders, influence change, and effectively communicate ESG initiatives.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify sustainability risks, develop actionable strategies, and measure impact.
    • Leadership qualities to drive organizational change, collaborate with diverse teams, and inspire a sustainability-focused culture.
    • Adaptability and resilience to navigate complex and evolving sustainability challenges.
    • Ethical and principled approach to decision-making and a passion for driving positive social and environmental change.
    • Superior interpersonal, logical thinking, Communications and listening skills
