The Team Lead (TL) is responsible for all aspects of eye and tissue donation from receiving an authorized, suitable donor referral, through shipping serology samples and tissue, to completion of paperwork in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. The TL supervises the technicians on each case and complete the tissue and eye donation process. The Team Lead works directly with and is supervised by the Tissue Recovery Manager to ensure EBAA, FDA, AATB and other medical standard requirements are followed.
