The jobs in this level are responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities by promoting residential units, generating and following up on sales leads, dealing with customers through inbound and outbound communications, and supporting marketing campaigns. The job is also responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales or leasing process, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to market and competitor analysis to support occupancy and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Implements the day-to-day sales and marketing activities in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Promotes residential units through appropriate marketing channels, generates potential leads, and follows up with prospective and existing customers.
- Receives customers, presents available residential units, and explains the features, services, and benefits offered by the residential complex.
- Prepares sales or leasing proposals, price quotations, and contracts, and negotiates with customers to support the successful completion of sales and leasing transactions.
- Builds and maintains professional relationships with customers, real estate brokers, corporate clients, and other relevant business partners.
- Supports the planning and implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns and promotional activities in coordination with relevant parties.
- Monitors market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, occupancy rates, and marketing campaign results, and prepares periodic reports for management.
- Maintains accurate and updated customer records and coordinates with relevant departments to ensure units are ready and delivered to customers on time.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Studies, Communication, or any other related field.
OR - Diploma with 2–4 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Leasing, or a related field.
