Data Center Fit-Out (Bangkok)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Center Fit Out Project Manager to lead our complex white space fit-out programs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in transforming empty data center spaces into fully operational environments, ensuring alignment with industry standards, company objectives, and client requirements. Your role will encompass the management of diverse project factors, from planning through execution and handover.
- Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of data center fit-out projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and fulfillment of requirements.
- MEP Coordination: Collaborate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure the integration of critical systems such as power distribution, HVAC, Life Safety and Commissioning
- Controls Integration: Lead the integration of building management systems (BMS) and critical controls to optimize operational efficiencies, energy consumption, and environmental monitoring.
- Liquid Cooling Solutions: Implement and manage advanced cooling solutions, including liquid cooling systems, to enhance data center efficiency and performance.
- Budget Management: Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial aspects of the project are aligned with goals.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
