DHR Enterprise AI Solutions is Danaher's enterprise AI engineering capability, responsible for identifying opportunities, building and scaling reusable AI solutions, and accelerating measurable business impact across operating companies. We combine product, architecture, AI science, engineering and operations to industrialise AI, establish enterprise standards and enable the next generation of AI-powered products, workflows, applications and decision-making.
The Principal Full Stack Engineer is responsible for rapidly turning high-priority AI opportunities into compelling end-to-end prototypes and reusable application patterns. This role serves as a strategic technical leader within the Enterprise AI Solutions organization, driving software engineering excellence, modern application architecture, and scalable cloud-native solutions that enable AI adoption. You will work across business domains, AI engineering teams, platform and data teams, security, architecture, and product management teams to design and deliver highly scalable, secure, and maintainable AI applications across Danaher.
This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Kraków, and will be an on-site role (Kraków).
