Are you passionate about leading engineering projects that make a real impact in a manufacturing environment? As Project Lead Engineering, you will play a key role in delivering capital investment projects that support the production of Nutricia's specialised nutrition products. From concept through commissioning and ramp-up, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
As Project Lead Engineering, you will be responsible for managing Engineering CAPEX projects from concept phase through to commissioning, ramp-up and project closure. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with all quality, safety and operational requirements.
Based at Nutricia's Supply Point in Zoetermeer, you will lead cross-functional project teams and collaborate with internal experts and external suppliers to deliver technical solutions that support our manufacturing operations.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally with experience in the food production industry and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Engineering or a related role. You have experience working on CAPEX projects, preferably involving consumer goods packaging lines. Your collaborative approach helps you build strong relationships and effectively manage stakeholders across your projects.
