As a Project Manager at Danube Properties, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering high-rise construction projects. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to HSE protocols. With your extensive experience and knowledge of the UAE construction landscape, you will be a key asset to our Projects Onsite department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, especially HSE protocols.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various teams, including engineering, architecture, and construction.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Represent Danube Properties in client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in high-rise construction project management in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required.
