Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for real estate projects, including property walkthroughs, promotional videos, social media reels, client testimonials, and corporate videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create short-form video content optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music where required.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio syncing, and quality checks to ensure professional output.
- Manage and organize video assets, raw footage, and edited files in an efficient and structured manner.
- Stay up to date with video trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices within the real estate and digital marketing space.
- Any other work that may be assigned to you with your portfolio.
