- Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy services
- Work as part of a team to provide physical therapy services to our patients
- Document care provided
- Supervise physical therapy services provided by Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, and Therapy Aides
- Comply with federal, state, local, professional and company requirements
- Keep information confidential in accordance with HIPAA
- Participate in marketing and community outreach activities
- Represent the profession and the company in a professional manner
- Other duties as assigned
- Eligible for licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina and/or Commonwealth of Virginia
- Valid drivers license
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy strongly preferred. Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy will be considered
- CPR certification
- Previous work experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
- Previous work experience supervising a care team a plus
