    Job description

    Overview

Dartmouth Health is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist with fellowship training in neuroimmunology to join our growing neurology team in southern New Hampshire. This is a unique opportunity to build a specialized neuroimmunology practice while also maintaining a general neurology panel — combining focused subspecialty work with the variety and continuity of community-based care.

    The Opportunity

    • Blended practice: dedicated neuroimmunology clinic time alongside general outpatient neurology
    • Collaborate closely with a supportive, established neurology team, including strong working relationships with subspecialists across the Dartmouth Health system
    • Access to EMG/EEG onsite
    • No in-hospital call requirements; minimal telephone call coverage (1:8 weeks)
    • Outpatient only
    • 2-3 days per week will be in the Concord clinic

    Requirements:

    • Board-certified in neurology by the ABMS or AOA
    • Ability to obtain/maintain NH medical license and federal DEA
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
    • Commitment to collaboration, teamwork, and professional growth within a community-based practice

    Why we live here:

    • Four seasons and an outdoor lifestyle
    • Easy access to major cities and airports
    • Nationally ranked public and private school systems
    • Proximity to mountains and seacoast
    • Abundance of lakes for boating and swimming
    • No sales or income tax
