    • Maintain relationships with Branch Managers for exceptions and updated procedure approvals.
    • Triage and route Freshservice tickets to Lock Desk Analysts as needed.
    • Create and maintain daily pricing scenarios, investor grids, and specialized pricing (e.g., RVPS, Jumbo, TPO borrower-paid).
    • Monitor and distribute rate sheets and executive-level pricing templates for internal teams.
    • Perform detailed pipeline scrubbing to ensure pricing accuracy, eligibility, and sale-readiness.
    • Execute Best Execution analysis to determine optimal sale strategy across multiple investors.

    • Maintain and operate the Forward Commitment Desk, ensuring efficient use of commitments and delivery strategies.
    • Manage mandatory loan trades for profitability and eligibility in accordance with investor guidelines.
    • Perform daily lock reconciliation and trade reconciliation to ensure alignment between pipeline and hedge positions.

    • Review and resolve Mavent fail reports to ensure salability and compliance with investor guidelines.
