The role
Coupa Consultant IV is a senior leadership role for experts in Coupa implementation and procurement transformation strategy.
As lead consultant and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 clients, you own end-to-end deployment strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. The goal is a procurement-technology leader clients seek out for ROI, operational efficiency, and transformation that lands.
What you'll do
7+ years of Coupa and procurement-tech leadership experience
- Lead enterprise-wide Coupa implementations, including multi-million-dollar programs
- Own solution design, configuration, and optimization across Coupa modules (P2P, Invoicing, Sourcing, Expenses, Contracts, SIM)
- Develop and implement automation strategies that make procurement measurably faster
- Advise C-suite executives on procurement transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Operations, and Procurement
- Design and oversee complex ERP and Coupa integrations (SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Dynamics)
- Identify process gaps and recommend procurement practices and system enhancements
- Own adoption and change management so the system gets used
- Mentor, train, and develop junior consultants and internal Coupa teams
10+ years of experience in Coupa and strategic procurement consulting
- Architect enterprise-wide procurement automation and transformation roadmaps
- Own global procurement technology strategy for enterprise clients
- Design advanced procurement analytics, AI-driven spend insights, and risk frameworks
- Provide executive-level perspective on procurement technology trends
- Lead development of new procurement solutions and technology partnerships that expand DataMap's offerings
- Advise CIOs, CFOs, and procurement executives directly on cost-saving and compliance strategy

What we're looking for
7+ years of experience
- Extensive experience leading enterprise Coupa implementations and optimizations
- Deep technical expertise in Coupa P2P, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, Expenses, and Supplier Management
- Strong background in ERP integrations (SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, Dynamics)
- Expertise in procurement process optimization, risk management, and compliance
- Has advised executive teams on procurement transformation
- Has mentored and developed consulting teams
- Coupa certification, or demonstrated mastery of Coupa implementation methodology
10+ years of experience
- Track record leading global, multi-million-dollar Coupa deployments
- Expertise in procurement automation, AI-driven spend analytics, and transformation strategy
- Engages C-suite executives and procurement leaders on strategic cost management
- Strong consulting background with measurable business results
- Spots emerging procurement trends and builds solutions ahead of them
