Implementation Manager will own customer success by leading product implementation for customers and providing support throughout the client lifecycle. Support finance professionals ranging from middle-management to high-level executives in both small and large US firms. Your Impact
As a trusted partner, you’ll collaborate with CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance, helping them streamline processes, optimize reporting, and unlock new insights. Your expertise in FP&A and financial modeling will drive real business impact for both small and large US businesses.
What You’ll Do
✅ Lead customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of the Datarails platform
✅ Simplify financial models, integrating them into an automated workflow
✅ Provide expert guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting best practices
✅ Offer strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency and maximize outcomes
✅ Build lasting relationships with finance professionals and deliver ongoing support
Requirements
✔️ 3-6 years of experience in finance or FP&A, with deep knowledge of corporate finance processes
✔️ Native or high-level English speaker with the ability to conduct fluent conversations. Hebrew - a MUST.
✔️ Advanced Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling)
✔️ Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and finance leaders
✔️ Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, and software implementation
✔️ bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
