Senior Recruiter

Your Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll have real ownership from day one.

You’ll join a team of five recruiters and work closely with the Head of Recruitment to help shape the next phase of Datashift’s growth.

You’ll be responsible for one or more business domains and work closely with directors, hiring managers and consultants to support the continued growth of their teams.

Recruitment remains at the core of your role: sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, candidate experience and successfully closing hires. But we expect more than that. You’ll help us make recruitment smarter, faster and more scalable. From AI and automation to employer branding, interview training and other initiatives that support our growth.

Over time, you can take ownership of strategic projects, new recruitment initiatives, new business domains and future growth opportunities across the wider Datashift organization.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Hiring

• Own recruitment for one or more business domains.

• Manage the full hiring process from A to Z.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.

• Proactively source and engage top talent.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

• Balance quality, speed and business impact.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to directors and hiring managers.

• Provide guidance on hiring strategy and talent decisions.

• Challenge stakeholders when needed.

• Build strong, lasting relationships across the business.

Strategic Recruitment

• Hire senior consultants, managers and leadership profiles.

• Identify and attract hard-to-find talent.

• Align recruitment efforts with Datashift’s growth ambitions.

Recruitment Excellence

• Continuously improve processes and ways of working.

• Explore how AI and technology can strengthen recruitment.

• Help further professionalize recruitment within Datashift.

• Support and coach less experienced recruiters.

Who Are You?

You naturally take ownership.

When you see a challenge, you take action. You combine speed with quality and understand that recruitment is about identifying potential, building relationships and making great hiring decisions.

You communicate confidently, build trust easily and know how to influence both candidates and senior stakeholders.

You also bring:

• A Master's degree.

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience.

• Experience in consulting, IT, data or another fast-growing, specialized environment.

• Experience in agency recruitment, executive search or a high-growth company is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

• A hands-on mindset and strong sense of accountability.

• The maturity to work autonomously and make decisions.

• A genuine interest in people, organizations and growth.
