The Dawn Meats Group is one of Europe’s leading food processing companies and operates as Dunbia in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company who have a desire to produce better food naturally.
As a Commercial Administrator you will be responsible for creating plans for factory production that take into account customer requirements, commercial profitability and operational capability. You will be supported in gaining a sound knowledge of the whole production process from primal butchery specifications and yields, product packaging and food safety requirements, through to transport post production.
The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Department and need to be comfortable working within a food factory environment. Standard hours would be 8.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Experience in production planning in some capacity is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
