Role:
We’re looking for a Sales Representative who’s available to work in US time zone. Preferably someone from LATAM.
As a Sales Rep, you’ll be responsible for selling our "3 Months Free Marketing" offer to our prospective clients. You will be our first point of contact maintaining and growing the Dawn Media brand.

Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of CRM.
- Educate prospects on our workshops from an expert perspective
- Allow the Sales Manager to shadow calls and give feedback
- Available most days from 9 am-5 pm local time to take calls
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry
- Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
- Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Sales Manager
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond
Results:
- All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations by EOD
- A close rate of 60% of Inbound applications received per month is maintained (You're selling a "3-month free marketing" offer)
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
- Sales stats sheet is updated M-F by 7 pm EST
- There is an effective line of communication among the team in which all necessary information is communicated promptly
- Sales Rep remains well-versed in the latest product offerings through continued education/training
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed
Requirements:
- Must be located in a LATAM country and be able to work US hours.
- High-volume transactional sales experience (gym memberships, event tickets, etc.)
- Excellent communicator over the phone / video conference
- 1+ years experience with business to business (B2B)
- Must be great at presenting
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Are routine driven
- Open to growing rapidly
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well-organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Manager

This position is 100% commission. The breakdown per product is below.
- You are going to receive up to 200 inbound scheduled appointments per month through our marketing effort.
- You will be required to close 60% of all live calls
- For “3 Months Free Marketing Offer” you are paid $150 per close
Breakdown:
- 10 Calls per day / 50 wk / 200 month
- @ 85% booked → liver call / (show up rate)
- @ 60% live call → close ratio = 100 closes
- @ 15% commission rate of “offer cash collected” = 15% of $1,000 = $150
- 100 x $150 = $15,000 commission within KPI
- At minimum KPI (60%). So if you’re closing 70-80%+ the potential is higher.
- At 65% closing ratio: 108 clients x $50 = $16,200/pm
- At 70% closing ratio: 116 clients x $50 = $17,400/pm
- At 75% closing ratio: 125 clients x $50 = $18,750/pm
- BONUS #1: AI Agent Cross-sell - $200 one time
- @ 15% commission rate = $30 per AI Agent cross-sell ($200)
- @ 60% closing rate from 100 new clients = 40 “ai agent clients”
- $30 x 60 = $1, 800
- Possibility: $1,800
- BONUS #2: Website Uspell - $500 one time
- @ 15% commission rate = $75 per client website upsell ($500)
- @ 60% upsell rate to website rebuild = 60 “website clients”
- $75 x 60 = $4,500
- Possibility: $4,500 bonus

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $180,000 – $255,000 per year.
