Operations Coordinator
Full-time: Both Day Shift and Night Shift roles available

Thornton, CO

$21 - $24/hr, and may be higher for strong experience in logistics industry!

Overview Description:

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for dispatching units to pick up and deliver freight, monitoring drivers’ performance, and ensuring customer timelines are adhered to. 

How You’ll Help:

• Ability to co-ordinate road repairs and service of fleet
• Maintain communication with PDC Supervisor for status reports on correct loading by unit and timely departures.
• Ensure driver concerns reported to dispatch are responded to and closed off within reasonable or expected timelines. 
• Arrange daily deliveries, assign pick-up requests, and enter orders in the computer.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Skills & Experience: 

• Transportation background in dispatch, dock supervision, or similar 
• Computer literate in Excel and Word
• MS products, TMS Systems, web-based programs are beneficial
• High School graduate or equivalent
