Key Responsibilities
Contact and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Convert qualified leads into active trading clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and trading activity.
Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support throughout their trading journey.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable trading products and services.
Follow up with inactive clients and re-engage them.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate client records and activities within the CRM system.
Stay up to date with market trends, company products, and industry developments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Previous experience in the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills in English
Native Arabic Speaker
Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory, with relevant experience.
