Role Overview
The Senior Business Development Executive will play a critical role in acquiring and managing key partnerships, driving revenue growth through a high-value IB network, and expanding DB Investing’s footprint in the global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Leverage and bring your existing IB portfolio to DB Investing to generate immediate and long-term revenue.
- Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners in target markets.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and engagement strategies.
- Revenue Growth: Work towards predefined sales targets and KPIs to drive consistent and scalable business growth.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Candidate Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the Forex industry or financial services sector .
- IB Network: Must possess a transferable and active IB Portfolio .
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FX, CFDs, trading platforms, and global financial market dynamics.
- Sales Expertise: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team structure.
