At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, our Kitchen team is at the heart of the guest experience, delivering quality, consistency, and creativity across our restaurants, hotel outlets, and events. Working in a fast-paced environment, our Culinary and Stewarding teams play an essential role in maintaining the high standards expected of the Hard Rock brand.

We are currently recruiting Kitchen Team Members to strengthen our Culinary and Stewarding teams at Cyana Restaurant and across the hotel.

• Chef de Partie
• Demi Chef de Partie
• Chef Tournant
• Stewarding Supervisor
• Steward
  

Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and food
• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or hotel environment relevant to the position applied for
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced operation
• A strong commitment to food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Candidates must currently be based in Malta or Europe and be eligible to work in Malta or be able to meet the applicable work authorization requirements
