Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-cap and SME clients within the Institutional Banking Group
- Understand the client's business, financial needs, and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank's product and service offerings to clients
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank, such as credit, product, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Actively participate in the bank's business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Institutional Banking Group
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the bank's products, services, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements
- Reasonable years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing a portfolio of mid-cap and SME clients
- Proficient in analyzing financial statements, understanding client needs, and proposing appropriate solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the Institutional Banking Group
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients
