Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients within the Institutional Banking Group
- Understand the client's business needs and provide tailored financial solutions to support their growth and expansion
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank's product and service offerings
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Actively monitor the client's financial performance and provide timely advice to address any concerns or challenges
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's SME banking strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship management or client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the SME banking landscape and the financial needs of small and medium-sized businesses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
