Medical Office Assistant Urgent Care

Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-driven team member to be the welcoming voice and face of our practice!

This is more than a front desk job; you’ll be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from the very first phone call to the moment they walk out the door.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first smile patients hear and see on the phone and in person
• Schedule and reschedule appointments with accuracy and care
• Collect and update patient demographics, insurance, and important details
• Handle patient payments, post charges, and provide receipts
• Use computer systems confidently while keeping an eye on the details that matter
• Jump in where needed, every day can look a little different!

 What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• A warm, professional communicator who enjoys helping others
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
• Organized, reliable, and great at juggling multiple tasks
• Calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment
