Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working in a machine shop, with experience in metal fabrication and manufacturing.

- Process engineering, fixturing and advanced metrology.
- Rapid technical learning and tool adoption.
- Turn/Mill and multi-axis mastery.

Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC mills, lathes, and EDM to produce complex, micron-tolerance parts.
- Architect custom fixturing, workholding, and standardized inspection plans for high-mix prototype components.
- Adopt and deploy next-generation CAM automation, in-process metrology, and advanced digital shop tooling.
- Perform root-cause analysis on fabrication challenges, material behaviors, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing requirements.
