Pay Grade 1
Responsibilities:
- Sign in all visitors with the Raptor system
- Manage electronic door for visitors. Manage any problems with visitors with the help of an administrator
- Follow proper procedure regarding sex offenders, police officers, and CPS
- Be aware of alarm and know when to use it
- Follow proper procedures with fire drills/students exiting the building. Call police/fire department/alarm company
- Answer all phone calls
- Help distribute yearbooks if needed
- Deliver supplies when they arrive
- Be aware of your surroundings and who is in the building
- Issue Student ID cards and organize student information related to IDs
- Collect fees for t-shirts, IDs and other items
- Assist with documentation of student attendance
- Call and communicate with parents as needed
- Assist with office duties as needed
- In addition, any other duties assigned by the campus Principal
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous Receptionist experience-PREFERRED

- Tools/Equipment Used: Multi-line phone system; standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals
- Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
- Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching
- Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds)
- Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours
- Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress
