Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Good health
- Must have completed thirty (30) semester hours of college from a regionally accredited college
- Copies of all college transcripts must be furnished with application or at time of orientation
- Texas certified teachers must furnish a copy of their certificate validated with TECAT label or issued after EXCET
- Criminal history records will be checked prior to employment
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language
- Complete Employment Eligibility Form (I-9) by furnishing a document establishing. identity and a document establishing employment eligibility. For your information, a list of acceptable documents will be available to all applicants
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
- Tools/Equipment Used: Personal computer and peripherals; standard instructional equipment
- Posture: Prolonged standing; frequent kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
- Motion: Frequent walking
- Lifting: Regular light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds); may lift and move textbooks and classroom equipment
- Environment: Work inside, may work outside; regular exposure to noise
- Mental Demands: Maintain emotional control under stress; work prolonged or irregular hours
