What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging bar service during banquet events
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Set up banquet bars based on event orders and banquet event orders (BEOs)
- Stock bar areas with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and supplies before and during service
- Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all laws and resort policies
- Operate POS system to open/close tabs, process payments, and manage transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations throughout the event
- Work closely with barbacks and banquet staff to ensure efficient service flow
- Monitor inventory levels, complete liquor counts, and maintain accurate reporting
- Break down bar areas after events and return equipment to designated storage areas
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Provide an engaging “on stage” presence while maintaining professionalism
