Position Details Employment Type: Seasonal Shift: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays) Department: Front Office / Guest Services What You’ll Do Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional welcome Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms, front desk, and transportation areas Safely transport guests around the resort and to local destinations as needed Drive guests to and from designated locations, including airport transportation when applicable Tag, store, and retrieve guest luggage efficiently and securely Assist guests during room changes and special requests Deliver guest messages, packages, and amenities in a timely manner Provide directions and information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell stand, lobby areas, and vehicles Support overall guest services operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
