What You’ll Do
- Set and reset tables according to restaurant and resort standards
- Clear and clean tables promptly between guest seatings
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils and transport them to the dish area
- Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread/butter, and supporting guest needs
- Stock service stations with linens, silverware, china, glassware, and condiments
- Polish and roll silverware as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas
- Perform side work duties as assigned by servers, supervisors, or managers
- Arrange tables and chairs to meet operational needs and seating plans
- Monitor floors and guest areas, cleaning spills and debris promptly
- Support overall restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
