Resort Security Officer - Overnight / 3rd Shift | Full-Time

Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a dependable and professional Full-Time Resort Security Officer – Overnight / 3rd Shift to help ensure the safety, security, and well-being of our guests, team members, and resort property. This role is responsible for conducting security patrols, responding to incidents, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining a secure environment throughout the resort during overnight hours. Ideal candidates are observant, customer-service oriented, and capable of remaining calm in emergency situations.

Delavan, Wisconsin What You’ll Do Patrol resort buildings, guest areas, parking lots, grounds, and recreational facilities to ensure a safe and secure environment. Conduct routine inspections of banquet rooms, ballrooms, meeting spaces, guest areas, and resort facilities. Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, unauthorized access, and property damage. Maintain radio communication with resort departments and management as needed.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, complaints, and service requests. Assist guests and employees during emergencies, incidents, medical situations, and other security-related events. Secure resort entrances, exits, meeting rooms, and other designated areas during overnight hours. Enforce resort policies, safety regulations, and security procedures. Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and security logs.

Prepare accurate incident reports involving injuries, accidents, thefts, disturbances, property damage, or other occurrences. Notify management and emergency responders when necessary. Assist with emergency response procedures including evacuations, severe weather events, medical emergencies, fire alarms, and other critical situations. Help protect resort assets, facilities, guests, and employees through proactive security practices.

Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a visible security presence throughout the property.
