Vineyard Operator, Barossa Valley Estate

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent Vineyard Operator to join our vineyard operations team. Supported by modern machinery and equipment, the successful applicant will undertake all aspects of vineyard maintenance and machinery operation, while working in an environment that strongly promotes workplace health and safety.

Reporting to the Vineyard Manager, tasks include:

• Tractor and machinery operations

• Spray applications

• Irrigation operations

• Hands-on vineyard maintenance

About you

• You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in viticulture / horticulture / agricultural machinery operations

• Viticulture/horticulture qualifications would be an advantage

• You have a clean driver’s license, love working outdoors and are physically fit to perform the duties

• You achieve goals by demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a safety mindset

• You are an excellent communicator and a team player
